Booking Details: When booking online the whole amount is taken through a Secure Payment Gateway.
When booking through the Park, a one night's deposit will be taken and the balance due on arrival.
A payment confirmation will be sent to the email provided.
Reception: open 7 days from 8.30am - 6.30pm– if arriving after 6.30pm, please contact us to arrange a late check in.
Check in time is 2.00pm. Checkout 10.00am unless asked at the office.
All persons must report to office before going to sites/cottages.
No noise after 10.00pm - No disruption or disregard to other guests at any time.
Sorry, no dogs permitted in cottage accommodation.
Dogs permitted on sites during off-peak season (outside of school holidays, long weekends or when events are held at the park) providing approval has been granted by managers PRIOR to arrival. Terms and condition apply.
Parents are responsible for children's behaviour and safety. Please supervise around playground, amenities and farm animals. Bike helmets must be worn with bikes or scooters.
Bedding for Cottages: Bedding/Linen (including Towels) is supplied on the Queen or Double Bed only. Linen for extra beds may be supplied by you or you can hire it for $5 per bed. Australian standards relate to the use of Bunk Beds and state that "Children under the age of nine are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on the top bunk." Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one nights' stay is necessary to confirm your booking. In the event of your booking being cancelled up to 30 days prior in PEAK times, a cancellation fee of one nights' stay applies. In NON-PEAK times, a full refund is given with a minimum of a week's notice.
